I am a California native, Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Western Tradition Reiki Master with 14 years of experience in the Healing Arts.
It is my personal belief that self-care is a fundamental element of whole wellness. Natural therapies such as massage and Reiki can improve our relationship with the body and soul, bring balance to the mind, and empower us to take control of our health. It can foster a deeper and more natural path to healing than we knew was there.
My specialty is in blending therapeutic massage and energy work to create space in the body for restoration and healing while providing practical tools and knowledge that are specific to the individuals's needs and energetic framework.
